Senior DevOps Engineer – Dublin (Hybrid, 1 day onsite)

We are partnering with an innovative health tech company that is transforming how clinical trials are conducted worldwide. Their platform is trusted by researchers and clinicians to make faster, safer decisions for patients – and they are now seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Dublin.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of infrastructure design, automation, and platform engineering initiatives. You’ll be working with a modern tech stack in a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly improve the reliability and scalability of systems that impact lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable AWS infrastructure

• Managing Kubernetes clusters (infrastructure & lifecycle, not just deployments)

• Writing Terraform modules and Helm charts (not just adjusting existing code)

• Developing CI/CD pipelines (preferably in GitHub Actions)

• Building automation projects in Python

• Implementing observability solutions – defining what and how to monitor for proactive performance management

• Collaborating with development and QA teams to drive delivery and platform excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, and CI/CD

• Proven track record of building (not just executing) – modules, charts, pipelines, and automation projects

• Solid understanding of observability tools and proactive monitoring approaches

• Experience designing and delivering scalable cloud platforms

• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others
